Refund/Transfer Policy
No Cash Refunds: Due to the growing popularity of
this event and in an attempt to treat everyone the same, we ask that you
only sign up if you are certain that you can race. If you sign up and are
then unable to race, you have taken the slot of someone who is able to race
but cant because the event is full. Unfortunately we have experienced
individuals signing up for the event just to save a spot “in-case” they can
race, only to cancel once the race is full and expect a credit or refund.
This is not fair to those who legitimately want and are able to race. The
responsibility is yours – if you enter you pay.
If any athlete sells his/her slot in the event and it is not communicated to
the race director in accordance to the process above, both athletes will be
disqualified and prohibited from racing in and Adventours Outdoor
Excursions. Inc. event for a minimum of 2 years. Selling an entry
jeopardizes our race insurance and will ultimately result in higher entry
fees – not to mention effecting the placement of those who have worked hard
to compete in the race. For more information on this issue please consult
